What to Expect From Your Office Move

Every move is unique but your experience should go something like this! Once you contact us for a quote, a customer service agent will call to discusses your move with you, answers your questions, and reserve your move date at a competitive hourly rate. If necessary a site visit will be made to better plan the move and give you a more accurate quote.

  • Our operations team checks in with you a few days later to flesh out what we'll be moving and to answer any questions that you may have.
  • If we’ll be packing your office the packing team will arrive on site at our agreed time and date and get to work packing your office.
  • On moving day, we send you 2 or more professional movers and a truck with all the necessary equipment to do the job right. Our driver takes an inventory with you of what we'll be moving, and you sign the necessary paperwork.
  • We carefully load the truck with your belongings, taking care to stretch wrap and pad your items for protection. We drive with you, following if possible, to your new office OR to our storage facility in the event your items need to be stored.
  • Once we get to your new location you tell us where to place your furniture and we oblige. If you have booked our unpacking team we will arrange to have them at your new office when we deliver your belongings.
  • We calculate the final bill and take payment by cash, credit or debit card (no checks please). After your move is completed, we'll e-mail you a customer service survey to get your feedback.
